Job summary

Søstrene Grene is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Kingston-upon-Thames store. You will craft engaging, brand-aligned displays that excite customers and support commercial performance, working closely with the Store Manager.

Based in-store, you will refresh windows and product zones, monitor trends, and ensure a consistently inspiring shopping environment. The role offers training, progression opportunities, and a friendly team in a fast-growing, beloved brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Ability to design compelling product displays that reflect brand identity.
• Strong collaboration with store teams to execute merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store consistently represents the Søstrene Grene brand to a high standard.
• Refresh window displays and Spot areas regularly in line with our
• ever-changing
• company value.
• Plan and create inspiring, attractive, and commercially effective product displays.
• Implement weekly Drops and visual elements according to company guidelines.
• Create visually appealing solutions to promote sell-through and support key products.
• Use sales insights and product performance to influence merchandising decisions.
• Support the Store Manager to drive KPIs through effective visual merchandising.
• Provide feedback on display effectiveness and product performance.
• Maintain awareness of current retail, homeware, and visual trends.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment, and keep the sales floor visually appealing.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Act as a role model for teamwork, communication, and customer service.
• Keyholder responsibilities as required.
