Job summary

Søstrene Grene in Barnstaple is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store presentation and customer experience. You will design engaging, brand-consistent displays and refresh windows and zones to reflect our ever-changing collections.

Working closely with the Store Manager and team, you will translate trends into commercially effective layouts, manage stock flow for visuals, and help drive KPI through compelling merchandising.

Qualifications

• Love retail and interior design; keen eye for colours, materials and trends.
• Ability to create engaging, commercially effective product displays.
• Willingness to work in-store as a visual merchandiser and support the store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store's visual appearance to reflect the Søstrene Grene brand.
• Refresh windows and zones in line with our ever-changing values.
• Plan and create inspiring, attractive product displays with commercial focus.
• Implement weekly Drops and visual elements per company guidelines.
• Create visually appealing solutions to promote sell-through and support key products.
• Use sales insights to influence merchandising decisions.
• Support the Store Manager to drive KPIs through effective visual merchandising.
• Provide feedback on display effectiveness and product performance.
• Stay aware of current retail, homeware and visual trends.
• Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment to keep the sales floor appealing.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Act as a role model for teamwork, communication and customer service.
