Job summary

& OTHER STORIES is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Oxford City store to elevate the in-store journey with brand-aligned window displays, mannequin styling and cohesive product presentation that supports commercial goals.

You will translate seasonal trends into visual stories, analyse basic sales insights, and train staff to uphold high visual standards. This full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a global fashion team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire purchases
• Merchandise the shop floor in line with brand guidelines for a cohesive presentation
• Support the sales team in daily store operations and customer experience
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and train team members
• Act as a brand ambassador contributing to a memorable customer journey
