Qualifications

• Experience as Visual Merchandiser in fashion/ready-to-wear is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with HQ and store teams to implement guidelines.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, trends and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the guarantor of the Retail brand image.
• Guarantee optimal product presentation, in line with Sézane's DNA and commercial priorities.
• Offer customers an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
• Ensure the rotation of racks, mannequins and walls in step with product flow.
• Organize your work around needs, priorities and the commercial calendar.
• Collaborate with Headquarters: apply guidelines and share photos.
• Report back to the Manager when guidelines need adaptation.
• Raise awareness and train teams in Visual Merchandising.
• Share and circulate VM information; maintain cross-manager communication.
• Oversee the scenography of the Apartment: manage furniture and materials.
• Take ownership of POS/merchandising materials; coordinate service providers.
• Act as project/works manager for displays and updates.
• Demonstrate passion for fashion and proactive, energetic collaboration.
• Be a Team Player contributing to store-wide objectives.
