adidas is opening a brand-new store at Resorts World Birmingham and seeks a passionate Visual Merchandiser to bring campaigns, product stories, and brand narratives to life. You will shape engaging retail experiences and contribute to commercial success through creative, premium presentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, cross-functional teams, and delivering adidas standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Visual Merchandiser with a passion for retail, sport, fashion and consumer experience.
• Creative, detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Strong communicator across teams and functions.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Bring adidas campaigns, product stories, and seasonal collections to life through impactful visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store reflects adidas visual merchandising standards and delivers a premium brand experience.
• Create inspiring product presentations that maximise consumer engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Execute floor set-ups, category presentations, space planning, and product placement strategies.
• Maintain high standards across windows, mannequins, in-store communications, and campaign activations.
• Analyse space productivity with store leadership to optimise product presentation.
• Support marketing launches, brand campaigns and key trading moments.
• Manage visual merchandising tools, fixtures, graphics and props.
• Review visual standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Train store team members on visual merchandising principles and brand presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Visual Merchandising and Store Management for execution across the store.
• Act as an ambassador for Visual Merchandising within the business.
