Job summary

Primark Nottingham is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to help create compelling store displays that reflect our brand and attract customers. You will work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to optimise windows, mannequins and in-store presentation.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Previous retail or visual merchandising experience is preferred, along with strong organisational and customer service

Qualifications

• Some previous retail and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
• An eye for detail, fashion awareness and trends.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise.
• Strong service focus with experience of delivering an excellent customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills with an interest in developing commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
• Provide feedback on successful product lines and suggestions for refresh.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and update in-store materials.
• Collaborate with store management team to develop strong relationships.

• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
