Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Visual Design with a strong portfolio.
• Collaborative mindset to support a busy, multi-disciplinary team.
• Energy and enthusiasm to elevate visual design across projects.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusivity in design.
• Ambition to work with a full-stack design team including researchers and interaction designers.
• Ability to see designs through to delivery and communicate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative thinking to transform complex problems into simple, engaging solutions.
• Design production assets, infographics, logos, and other elements.
• Create engaging digital experiences and user interfaces for web and mobile.
• Infuse excitement into tasks through thoughtful design.
• Contribute to scaling and refining the existing design system.
• Master storytelling to communicate the business vision.
• Collaborate in agile teams to prioritise and scope projects.
• Engage with design teams to align objectives with customer outcomes.
• Design and layout pages using components from a central design system.
