Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Experience Design team in London to deliver new digital products for public and private sector clients. You will design end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints and interaction patterns, translating user needs into accessible solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and guide engineers through implementation, from discovery to final design specifications. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in design are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and interaction design from discovery to final specs.
• Proven ability to create user journeys, blueprints and prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service blueprints, user journeys and flows.
• Create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes and design specifications.
• Lead workshops and inclusive design initiatives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and developers to validate and iterate designs.
