• 2+ years of agency experience in fast-paced environments.
• A strong portfolio showing concept, craft, and production quality.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual direction from concept to delivery with hands-on art direction and framing.
• Build and expand scalable brand systems and identity guidelines for diverse channels.
• Design high-impact pitch decks translating complex strategies into compelling visuals.
• Collaborate with the motion team on storyboards and related workflows.
• Manage technical production for print and digital across multi-platform formats.
• Develop strong ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure.
• Collaborate with designers and disciplines to maintain creative intent.
• Explore AI tools to support creative work and workflows.
• Stay curious about new tools and production techniques.
