• Support KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
• Maintain store standards front and back, including deliveries and stock.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety procedures and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with Visual Team to uphold brand visuals and standards.
• Open and close store operations, manage key holder duties.
• Assist with new product launches, floor moves, and audits.
