Victoria's Secret UK & IRE operates in Camberley, England, delivering a premium customer experience across lingerie, sleepwear, and athleisure. As a Team Leader, you will guide a friendly team, uphold brand standards, and drive store performance through expert bra fitting and engaging merchandising.

You’ll lead by example, mentor colleagues, and contribute to loss prevention, stock control, and opening/closing store operations, while ensuring every customer leaves with a personalised experience

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help customers find the perfect product.
• Provide brand bra-fitting advice to help customers choose the right size and styles.
• Own visual merchandising and store presentation to guide customers.
• Lead by example, energising the team and ensuring smooth shift operations.
• Support store management to achieve KPIs and sales growth.
• Maintain store standards, stock replenishment, and safety procedures.
• Handle opening/closing duties and key holder responsibilities.
• Assist with product launches, floor-set moves and audits.
• Foster a passion for retail and a personalised customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with purpose and support your designated team.
• Be a team player, flexible and proactive.
