Job summary

The Base in Greenham seeks a Community Engagement Coordinator to develop and deliver arts engagement activities, focusing on inclusivity and working with young people across venues and schools. You will manage a range of workshops, collaborate with the Corn Exchange Learning and Participation team, and support fundraising and administration from start to finish.

This 12-month, part-time role offers 25 hours weekly with pro rata salary of £26,000 per annum, and 20 days holiday rising to 25 plus

Qualifications

• Experience in visual arts and/or crafts.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work with and engage diverse groups, including young people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging visual arts programmes aligned with objectives.
• Organise and run workshops and sessions across venues and schools.
• Coordinate with fundraising team to plan and budget projects.
• Administer monitoring, evaluation and reporting to complete projects.
