Job summary

Forestry England in Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, seeks a Visitor Services Assistant to welcome visitors and deliver outstanding service. You’ll work within the Recreation team, promoting a positive and collaborative environment while ensuring visitor satisfaction.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week (Friday - Tuesday), with a salary of £26,959 per annum and benefits including a Civil Service pension, generous annual leave and free parking and entry to our arboretums.

What You’ll Do…

You will work within the Recreation team to welcome visitors to Westonbirt, the National Arboretum. Contribute to providing visitors with a service that exceeds their expectations. Promote a work environment that is positive, productive and practices support and respect between individuals and teams.
