We’re looking for adriven and detail-orientedVisitor Experience Team Leaderto lead on theretail and cateringstrand at Lincoln Castle – a flagship heritage site welcoming over half a million visitors annually.This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational oversight with commercial focus to ensure our shop and café offer a high-quality, profitable experience for every guest.
You’ll be part of a wider site management team, supporting daily delivery and deputising for the Site Manager as required – but your primary focus will be ensuring the retail and catering offer is both visitor-centric and commercially strong.

A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable but not essential — training can be provided
