Job summary

Lightroom is seeking a part-time Security Supervisor to join our front-of-house team at a busy London venue. You will provide a visible security presence, manage bag searches, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across bar, ticketing, and retail during opening hours seven days a week.

Flexibility in hours and a pathway to a more senior role within frontend operations are offered. You will work closely with the Duty Manager and Operations team to ensure safety and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Valid and in date S.I.A Door Supervisor Licence.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong customer service and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across venue.
• Conduct bag searches and ensure safety.
• Maintain visible security presence during shifts.
• Support front of house operations including bar, ticketing, retail.
• Coordinate with Estate security and emergency procedures.
