The role requires night and weekend shifts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a busy events team while complying with Challenge 21 and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patrons in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform age verification in line with Challenge 21 requirements.
• Conduct regular security patrols to deter threats and protect guests and staff.
• Provide first aid when needed and coordinate evacuations during emergencies.
• Identify vulnerabilities and assist with security-related tasks and reporting.
• Escort cashiers and conduct searches where required to ensure safety.
• Monitor attendance, reports, and compliance with policies.
