In this role, you will offer personalised, compassionate support, assisting with daily tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, household management, and meaningful companionship.

Competitive Pay & Benefits:

• £45 for the first two hours
• £18.20 per hour thereafter
• Weekend supplements available
• £5.50 travel allowance per visit
• Refer-a-Friend Bonus – Earn up to £250
• Minimum two-hour visits – no rushed appointments

What You’ll Do:

As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will provide:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with daily tasks, including light housework
• Personal care, including washing and bathing
• Meal preparation and food shopping
• Escorting clients to appointments

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills
• A true passion for caring
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
• Ability to travel to Central London within 30 minutes
• Dementia care experience is essential

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• DBS check
• Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
• Self-employed status with a professional reference

Training Required (or willingness to complete):

• Manual Handling
• Basic Life Support
• Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults

Flexible Work Schedule:

Hours vary based on client needs. Good availability across the week (Monday to Sunday) is preferred.
