Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited in Burgess Hill is hiring a Visiting Care Assistant to join our domiciliary care team. You will support people in their own homes to live safely, independently and with dignity. We value compassionate, reliable caregivers who can work independently.

Weekend shifts 07:00-21:00 are available. Salary £14 per hour, with Free DBS and a £1000 Welcome Bonus after 1000 successful hours of care delivery; conditions apply.

Qualifications

• Care experience is desirable, but full training is provided.
• Willing to learn and develop skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, meals and routines.

About the role

As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently and with dignity.

Your day could include supporting someone with their morning routine, preparing meals, assisting with personal care, helping with medication, or simply providing friendly companionship and reassurance.

You will be an important part of our clients' lives and a valued member of our care team.
