Job summary

Bowers Group in Bradford is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Vision & Optical to lead commercial growth of our optical measurement range across the UK and international markets. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with a strategic sales mindset to grow sales, profitability and identify new opportunities.

You’ll act as the go-to optical expert for customers, OEMs and distributors, providing product knowledge, quotations and selection, presenting applications, and training others.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of optical measurement systems.
• Proven commercial and sales experience in a technical environment.
• Experience selling to UK and international customers, OEMs or distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial growth of Optical measurement products across UK and international markets.
• Provide product knowledge, technical solutions, quotations and product selection.
• Present products and applications to customers and commercial partners.
• Identify new opportunities and support product improvements and development.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and Service to meet market needs.
• Train and develop others by sharing technical expertise.
