Job summary

EMCOR UK is seeking a Corporate Security Officer for a high-end corporate environment in Greater London. You will display excellent situational awareness, manage access/egress, escort VIP visitors, and ensure front of house staffing while delivering superb client service.

Role involves CCTV control room work, front-of-house duties and patrols; a valid SIA Licence (DS & CCTV) is required. Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required - DS & CCTV.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work days, nights, weekends and flexible to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Display excellent situational awareness in a high-end corporate environment.
• Facilitate access/egress to the client's estate with high levels of client-facing service.
• Plan for and provide escorts for VIP visitors, liaising with Supervisors and Managers.
• Ensure the front of house is staffed at all times.
• Be aware of protest activity and respond/escalate as appropriate.
• Take part in assisting staff, guests and contractors with information and directions to a high standard.
• Be fully conversant with SOPs, assignment instructions, post notes and EMCOR UK procedures.
• Complete incident reports to a high level.
• Work in a security control room (CCTV), front of house, internal and external patrols and other posts as required.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
