Job summary

EMCOR UK in Cheltenham is seeking a Corporate Security Officer to uphold a secure, high-end environment for client teams. You will manage access, escort VIP visitors, and ensure front of house staffing at all times.

You must hold an SIA Licence (DS & CCTV) and bring corporate security or front of house experience, with strong communication and IT skills. You will work day and night shifts, including weekends, and must be reliable and discreet.

Qualifications

SIA Licence DS & CCTV is required.
Corporate security/front of house experience preferred.
Able to work days, nights, weekends and be flexible to operational needs.

Responsibilities

Display excellent situational awareness in a high end corporate environment.
Control access/egress to the client estate and maintain customer service standards.
Plan and provide escorts for VIP visitors and liaise with supervisors and managers.
Ensure front of house is staffed at all times.
Respond to protests and demonstrations as appropriate.
Assist staff, guests and contractors by providing information and directions.
Follow SOPs and client EMCOR UK procedures; maintain incident reports to a high standard.
Work across CCTV security control room, front of house, and patrol posts as required.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
