You'll coordinate with the partner network, oversee case management, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Senior Relocation Services or Operations Lead experience.
• In-house or on-site client-side experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end relocation processes including third-party involvement.
• Understanding of the UK property market and tenant obligations.
• Open to global travel and flexible in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relocation programs for senior employees and their families.
• Manage partner network and third-party suppliers to deliver end-to-end service.
• Adhere to client policies, procedures and GDPR/ISO standards.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain project profitability.
• Prepare and present client reviews and reporting as required.
