Job summary

Olympia, London, part of Legends Global, is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Professionals to join our events-driven hospitality team. You will deliver outstanding food and beverage service across premium suites, lounges, restaurants and bars during a variety of live events.

We value professionalism, strong guest focus and teamwork, with shifts that accommodate evenings, weekends and major events. This is a casual role within a dynamic, industry-leading venue and company.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, events, premium restaurants, hotels, bars or similar customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and major live events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across premium event environments.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond to requests professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and operations teams for seamless events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, beverages and service procedures.
• Support preparation, restocking and smooth running of hospitality areas.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety and company policies.
• Represent Legends and Olympia with professionalism at every event.
