Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd is seeking a role within its Edtech portfolio based in London with international travel. You will manage VIP and protocol-related activities, coordinate partner delivery for Bett, and negotiate services with partners to maximise value.

You will build strong relationships across internal teams, manage delegations from international education leaders, and oversee travel, accommodation, and programming alignment with conference schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage a targeted contra revenue stream through partnerships for Bett.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver partner activities at Bett.
• Negotiate services including speakers, marketing, and exhibition space.
• Lead partner marketing from procurement to publication.
• Arrange attendance of government delegations and manage travel for international leaders.
• Oversee delegate registrations, transport, and hospitality.
• Align programming with delegation schedules and exhibition timings.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities for the sales teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
