Job summary

Hyve Group seeks a Senior Partnerships and Delegations Manager for the EdTech Portfolio in London. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Event Director and requires international travel.

You will manage a targeted revenue stream from partnerships, coordinate internal and external stakeholders at Bett, and negotiate services such as speakers, marketing and exhibition space. Responsibilities

• Manage targeted contra revenue stream of marketing, activations and initiatives through partnership agreements.
• Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver partner activities at Bett.
• Negotiate services in exchange including speakers, marketing, exhibition space at other events, and more.
• Lead partner marketing from procurement to brief to publication, including thought leadership content.
• Build relationships with accounts, partners and colleagues across teams to maximize value.
• Identify and invite international country delegations of education leaders with Government Relations.
• Prepare correspondence and briefing materials for delegations.
• Oversee delegate registrations, travel and hospitality requirements.
• Develop itineraries and escort schedules for delegations.
• Align programming with delegation schedules and exhibition timings.
• Support planning of bilateral and white-glove meetings with key accounts.
• Serve as main point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Create sponsorship opportunities for the sales teams.
