Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking an IT Site Support Engineer to deliver a premium digital workplace experience across its sites. You will handle VIP IT support, 1st and 2nd line resolutions, and be the ambassador for high-performance service delivery, including AV and meeting room management.

In this role you’ll support Windows/M365 environments, AD/Azure, and cross-site IT initiatives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring SLA-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows, M365, AD, Azure, macOS and iOS across devices.
• Experience with AV systems—Cisco, Logitech, Poly.
• Experience in printer support (Toshiba, Canon, Papercut).
• Able to decide quickly or escalate when needed; work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own VIP incidents and requests with 1st/2nd line support.
• Expedite time-critical resolutions and communicate updates clearly.
• Provide face-to-face and remote VIP support, including onboarding.
• Manage expectations, service goals, SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT partners to reduce repeat incidents.
• Keep tickets updated in Ava and generate reports.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs and stakeholders.
• Visit other McLaren sites to support IT needs.
• Maintain and enhance on-site AV and meeting room spaces.
