Job summary

Apollo Air Services is seeking a full-time AW109SP Captain based at Carlisle and Cumbernauld, with some planning and admin work that can be done from home. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights for our clients, including flight planning, weather assessment, fuel planning and close collaboration with the operations team.

The role requires extensive rotorcraft hours, CPL(H) or ATPL(H) with ratings, and experience on AW109 or similar twin-engine helicopters, along

Qualifications

• Minimum 2,000 hours rotary wing experience.
• 500 hours on twin-engine helicopters or more.
• Experience on AW109 or similar twin-engine type.
• IFR and VFR experience in UK airspace.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of flights for clients.
• Perform flight planning, weather and route assessment.
• Conduct fuel and performance planning and coordinate with operations team.
• Look after passengers and contribute to recurrent training and SMS.
• Support aircraft management activities.
