JMC Aviation Limited is recruiting AW109 Pilots to support VIP operations from Biggin Hill. This permanent, 7-on/7-off role offers professional development within a leading rotary organisation, with ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Applicants must hold CPL(H) or ATPL(H); IR preferred and the right to live/work in the UK. Benefits include 28 days leave, private health, pension contribution, and potential sponsorship. Travel and deployments may occur.

Key Responsibilities
The Role:

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operations
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
• Ensure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Participate in a flexible rota, including travel and temporary deployments
• Work collaboratively to support a high-performance team culture
• Hold a valid CPL (H) or ATPL (H) License
• AW109 type preferred
• IR preferred
• Must have Right to Live and Work in UK
