Job summary

ANT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced B2 Licensed Helicopter Engineer to join a UK rotary-wing aviation organisation based in Northamptonshire. You will maintain, troubleshoot and certify avionics and electrical systems on VIP and air ambulance aircraft, ensuring compliance with UK CAA standards.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary dependent on experience. A type-rating training pathway and career development within a specialist rotorcraft environment

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part-66 B2 Licence required.
• Strong knowledge of helicopter electrical and avionics systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience certifying maintenance tasks and approvals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance
• Diagnose and rectify complex avionics and electrical system faults
• Complete aircraft inspections and defect investigations
• Certify maintenance within the scope of your licence and company approvals
• Ensure all work complies with UK CAA regulations and company procedures
• Complete accurate technical and maintenance documentation
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance-planning teams
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
• Provide occasional travel or out-of-hours support when required
