Job summary

Clarion Events Ltd in London is recruiting four VIP Engagement Assistants to support the delivery of VIP engagement programmes for DSEI Germany 2027, DSEI Japan 2027, and DSEI UK 2027. This fixed-term contract runs 4 January 2027 through 10 September 2027.

You will coordinate VIP activities, manage stakeholder communications, and help provide high-quality, productive event experiences for senior government and military delegates.

Responsibilities

• Support VIP engagement delivery for DSEI Japan 2027, DSEI Germany 2027, and DSEI UK 2027.
• Pro-active communication with VIP delegations and internal stakeholders.
• Use delegate management system to create tailored VIP visit programmes and meeting schedules.
• Match exhibitor capabilities with VIP areas of interest and operational requirements.
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records within the delegate management system.
