Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a VIP Engagement Assistant who is fluent in German and business-level in English to support DSEI Germany 2027. You will coordinate VIP visits, manage stakeholder communications, and craft tailored programmes for high-level government and military delegations.

The role involves working closely with the Programming team, handling data securely, and representing the Clarion and DSEI Germany brands across events.

Qualificações

• Experience in events, exhibitions, or stakeholder engagement.
• German language fluency and business English required.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support VIP engagement delivery for DSEI Germany 2027.
• Pro-active communication with VIP delegations and internal stakeholders.
• Create tailored VIP visit programmes and meeting schedules using the delegate management system.
• Match exhibitor capabilities with VIP areas of interest.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder records and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Represent Clarion and the DSEI Germany brand at all times.
• Support continuous improvement to processes and customer experiences.
• Work during pre-event and onsite periods with high accuracy and service.
• Ensure data handling complies with data protection requirements.
