Sodexo is seeking a Catering Supervisor at Unilever Four Acres in Kingston upon Thames to oversee the Directors’ Dining Room and front-of-house service. You will work with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless, discreet dining experience for directors, senior leaders and VIP guests.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach in a high-standard hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and front-of-house service within the Directors’ Dining Room.
• Deliver exceptional food service and hospitality standards for directors, senior leadership and VIP guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Support and supervise the catering team during service.
• Respond professionally to guest requirements and changing business needs.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality within the executive dining environment.
• Ensure all relevant food safety, health and safety, and company procedures are followed.
