Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in desktop support and IT service delivery.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced end-user computing support including hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Manage device deployments, PC refreshes, asset inventory, and VIP support.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software/hardware; install and configure new IT equipment.
• Record and document requests using ServiceNow ITSM.
