Job summary

JMD Recruitment is seeking a competent baker for a brand new village bakery. This exciting role invites you to bring your own recipes and ideas that the village will love.

You will prepare and deliver bakery products, assist in daily production, keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, and support front-of-house staff during busy periods. Level 2 food hygiene is desirable, and salary is experience dependent.

Qualifications

• Competent baker with ability to create/adapt recipes.
• Experience in producing a range of bakery goods.
• Maintains high standards of hygiene and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver bakery products ready for sale.
• Assist in daily production to meet shop demand.
• Keep kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times.
• Follow all food hygiene procedures.
• Support front-of-house staff during busy periods if needed.
