Miles & Barr in Margate is seeking a Viewing Guide to support our clients with property viewings and to help buyers understand their options. The role focuses on delivering a warm, professional and informative experience, building rapport with clients and guiding them to suitable properties.

You will be part of a friendly, client-focused team, coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact through viewing to completion. Salary is £13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings and providing potential buyers with a warm, professional and informative experience.
• Getting to know prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and helping them find properties that match their needs.
• Providing detailed information about each property and answering questions confidently and accurately.
• Representing the company professionally at all times and creating a positive first impression for every client.

Full-Time, 12 month fixed term contract

Salary:

£13.00 per hour
