Kier Group is seeking a Videographer to join the Creative Team in Salford or Birmingham on a 12-month contract. You will plan, shoot and edit across multiple platforms, delivering engaging video content from concept through post-production.

The role requires strong technical skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects), a solid showreel, and the ability to coordinate shoots with local teams or clients across the UK. Hybrid work and travel are involved.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Robust showreel demonstrating lighting, sound, and narrative pacing.
• Full driving licence and UK-wide travel to shoot locations.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan shoots, storyboard, and coordinate logistics with local teams or clients.
• Film a wide range of content including live sites and interviews; ensure safety standards.
• Edit raw footage, mix sound, apply colour grading, and add motion graphics/VFX.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while keeping brand consistency.
• Keep equipment organised and assist with graphic design during busy periods.
