Job summary

3Search in Manchester seeks a hands-on Social Videographer & Editor to own video content from concept and filming through to final edit, delivering platform-native content that brings the tech-forward brand to life across digital channels.

A digitally focused storyteller, you will work across LinkedIn, YouTube and other socials, handling lightweight shoots and creating motion graphics where needed. Hybrid work with ~2 days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• End-to-end video production experience from concept to final cut.
• Strong storytelling for social formats across LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Proficiency with motion graphics and After Effects for short, punchy social reels.

Responsibilities

• Own the video production process from brief through to publish.
• Create engaging, platform-native social content at pace.
• Collaborate with in-house creative team and adapt assets for multiple markets.
