Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting an Assistant Video Editor & Videographer for a 6-month FTC/secondment. The role blends post-production with on-location filming across Bristol, Halifax or Leeds, in a hybrid setup requiring two office days per week.

You will turn briefs and raw footage into polished content, collaborating with writers, designers, and account teams to deliver video across channels while upholding brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Video editing and post-production experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to turn briefs and raw footage into clear, engaging stories for multiple audiences.
• Apply brand guidelines to content ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with contributors and manage feedback.
• Understand how content performs across different marketing channels.
• Proactive approach to learning and problem solving to improve creative work.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs and footage into engaging visual stories following brand guidelines.
• Edit short and long-form video content and provide post-production support.
• Capture well-composed footage at live events and on-location shoots.
• Collaborate with creatives, designers and writers to support campaigns.
• Manage footage and assets, respond to feedback and troubleshoot production issues.
• Organise and curate content for efficient workflows.
