Job description

LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Videographer & Editor seeking a new challenge within a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are expanding our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to produce top-tier video content and help establish LeMieux as the most exciting equestrian brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Filming and editing high-quality videos for our website and social media platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok, along with other marketing channels.
2. Collaborating with the Creative Lead, photographers, assistants, and marketing team to deliver brand-aligned visuals from concept to final product.
3. Shooting both studio and on-location content, including seasonal campaigns and social stories.
4. Managing post-production tasks such as editing, sound, music, grading, and motion/typography work.
5. Staying updated with the latest video styles, editing techniques, and social media trends, while proactively suggesting innovative ideas.
6. Maintaining video equipment and digital asset management systems.
7. Traveling for shoots, rider/influencer content days, and events as needed.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

1. Proven videography and editing experience, preferably in a dynamic brand, agency, or freelance setting.
2. Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail, from concept through delivery.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
4. Ability to produce high-standard content quickly under tight deadlines.
5. Confidence directing talent on set and collaborating with creative teams.
6. A passion for creating engaging social media content for passionate communities.
7. Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
8. Interest in lifestyle, sport, or fashion content; knowledge of the equestrian world is advantageous but not essential.
