Job description

We’re looking for a creative, independent Videographer who can translate complex concepts into scroll-stopping video content. From capturing the behind-the-scenes energy of our London HQ and everyday team moments, to producing high-impact hero films and live-event coverage. You’ll own the entire production lifecycle (pre-production, shooting, editing, motion graphics, sound design), and ideate with our C-Suite and teams to create compelling content. You’ll be embedded in our internal team and culture; documenting the action as it happens, shaping Flight3’s brand voice through video, and helping tell the story of both Flight3 and Zebu Live to the wider world.

Responsibilities:
  • Embedded Storytelling: Be part of the action. Capture spontaneous moments, office culture, and behind-the-scenes content from our studio and events. You’ll help craft the internal and external narrative of Flight3 and Zebu Live through regular visual storytelling.
  • Pre-Production & Concepting: Collaborate with our C-Suite execs and leverage off our strategists and copywriters to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with our internal marketing needs.
  • Production: Capture high-quality footage for a variety of purposes including live events, interviews, and studio shoots. Ensure professional lighting, clean audio, and dynamic framing to elevate storytelling.
  • Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling final assets, incorporating color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles. Deliver content tailored for various platforms including Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
  • Motion & Animation: Design and animate branded visual elements such as lower thirds, infographics, and kinetic typography to explain technical concepts in an engaging and digestible way.
  • Quality & Consistency: Maintain a high standard across all deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and editing efficiently based on internal feedback.
  • Trend Scouting: Stay up to date with creator trends, content formats, and Web3-specific narratives. Regularly pitch and test new ideas to keep Flight3’s content innovative and relevant.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years’ professional videography experience (agency or in-house).
  • Your own camera, lenses and audio/lighting equipment.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of social, brand, and event videos—please include a reel link.
  • Strong grasp of framing, lighting, and audio capture for both studio and run-and-gun settings.
  • Motion graphics proficiency (animated logos, lower thirds, explainer visuals).
  • Ability to translate complex topics into engaging, bite-sized storytelling.
  • Excellent time management: juggle multiple projects with tight Web3 launch timelines.

  • Creative Vision & Storytelling: You know how to tell a compelling story through video; whether it's a 15-second TikTok or a long-form brand film; and adapt tone and format to fit Web3 audiences.
  • Technical Mastery: You’re confident behind the camera and in the edit suite. You understand lighting, framing, audio capture, and can edit with precision using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: You can bring visuals to life with animated graphics, kinetic typography, and explainer sequences that break down complex Web3 topics into digestible, engaging formats.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds. You thrive under pressure and know how to deliver quality at speed.
  • Strong Communication: You collaborate well with all levels of a business, translating ideas into visual outputs that meet business objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: You maintain consistency in visual style, brand elements, and final output quality across all platforms and formats.
  • Trend Awareness: You’re plugged into the latest content trends across TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and the Web3 space, and know how to adapt and innovate accordingly.
  • An Entrepreneurial Mindset: you are constantly seeking new opportunities in your field and the industry and are not afraid of pushing boundaries.
