You should also be knowledgeable around social video and know how to make people stop scrolling and watch our content instead.
You will ensure all content is optimised to drive subscriber/follower growth and watch time on YouTube and other social video platforms, using performance metrics, competitor analysis, and platform developments to inform production decisions. This role involves directing and operating equipment behind the camera, managing multi-camera studio workflows, and presenting on-camera where required.
