Role Overview:

The Video Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and producing video content that drives engagement and effectively communicates our company’s value proposition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, client success stories, training, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Create a variety of video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, testimonials, product demos, and event highlights.
• Work with the Head of Content, plan, storyboard, script, and execute video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Handle end-to-end production, including editing, motion graphics, and post-production tasks. This includes on-site filming and therefore the cultivation of the right shots, lighting and acoustics etc.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Work closely with the marketing team and Head of Content to align video content with campaign goals and audience needs.
• Partner with product teams to create technical video assets that showcase software features and use cases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into video projects.

Technical expertise:

• Operate video equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, microphones) to achieve high-quality production standards.
• Manage editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Apply expertise in motion graphics and animation to enhance video content.

Performance monitoring:

• Track and analyze video performance metrics to refine and improve future video strategies.
• A/B test videos to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
• A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and design principles.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
