Job summary

Mux is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for our customer base. You will focus on onboarding, success, long-term retention, and revenue growth within our largest accounts from our London hub.

You will guide developers through complex video workflows, host deep technical discovery sessions, and manage escalations to ensure smooth adoption of Mux Video, Mux Data, and related products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a SaaS tech company.
• BA/BS degree in CS or a related field, or coding bootcamp.
• Strong technical knowledge in software, cloud and web/mobile technologies; hands-on coding experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the technical interactions needed to keep customers happy.
• Understand each client’s architecture, workflow and use cases to advise best practices.
• Anticipate challenges and coordinate with Product/Engineering for resolutions.
• Track tickets, propose solutions, and offer workarounds when needed.
• Be the voice of the customer in internal discussions and influence roadmap.
