Job summary

AtkinsRéalis’ in-house Creative Design team is seeking a videography-focused content creator. You will lead filming, editing and motion graphics, delivering high-quality video content for marketing, client-facing projects and digital campaigns.

The role requires strong storytelling and technical excellence across a range of formats. The candidate will work from our Birmingham office three days a week, collaborating with designers and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Extensive videography and video production experience.
• Skilled in lighting, camera operation, and audio capture for interviews.
• Experienced in color correction, color grading and post-production.
• Strong storytelling for digital and social content.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, filming and production of video content for marketing and client projects.
• Capture high-quality footage using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Edit video content to a high professional standard with engaging storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, animated assets, titles and visual enhancements.
• Develop concepts, treatments and storyboards for projects.
• Direct on-camera contributors to ensure compelling delivery.
• Perform colour correction, grading, and audio mixing.
• Incorporate graphics and VFX to finalize content for platforms including social, web, campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, client teams and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Travel to film shoots as required.
