The successful candidate will oversee staff development, safeguarding, budget planning and community engagement, ensuring high standards of provision and inclusive education for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience leading primary education and school improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to plan strategically and monitor progress toward targets.
• Excellent communication with staff, pupils, parents and governors.
• Proven track record in staff development and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and teaching with high standards across the school.
• Deputise for the Principal and lead School Development Planning and self-evaluation.
• Oversee curriculum development and delivery across key stages.
• Coordinate assessment, pastoral care and safeguarding in collaboration with leadership.
