• Support the Principal in driving school improvement and teaching quality.
• Provide professional leadership and management of staff to promote high-quality teaching and learning.
• Embed strategies to improve standards of learning, progress and outcomes for all students.
• Articulate a clear values and vision for students, staff, parents and carers and the wider community.
• Lead safeguarding and promote equality of opportunity across the school.
