We are seeking a Vice Principal (Director of Resources & Operations) to join our senior team and support the Principal in delivering strategic objectives. Successful candidates should have significant experience in the professional leadership of registry, quality assurance, IT, marketing, admissions, compliance, HR, and workshop management. The Vice Principal will also liaise with the Property Trust, the landlord for the Art School, and oversee the main buildings at our Kennington site. Additionally, they will be responsible for the OfS return.

This is a challenging and rewarding role suited for someone who enjoys variety and aligns with the ethos of a small, dedicated, specialist institution and charity with ambitious plans.

The post is for 5 days per week, offering a generous holiday entitlement and a contribution to our Group Personal Pension Scheme.
