Job summary

Aristocrat's Product Madness division in London seeks a Vice President, Technology to shape the technology strategy, drive engineering delivery, and ensure platform stability for world-class player experiences.

You will lead game tech, backend services and shared platforms, institute CI/CD, security standards, and partner with AI leaders to accelerate development while aligning with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in technology or engineering within a digital product, gaming or high-scale consumer environment.
• Commercial judgement, enterprise perspective and the ability to influence across Product, Data, Games and corporate technology partners.
• Track record of setting technology strategy and translating it into reliable execution and measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, platform engineering, software delivery, security and operational resilience.
• Experience leading distributed, multidisciplinary teams through growth and change.
