One of Europe’s fastest-growing payments platforms is looking for a VP Sales to build and lead an elite enterprise sales organization from scratch.

This role involves building the sales machine, focusing on complex deals with digital-first merchants processing $40M+ annually, leading a team of top-tier talent, and establishing a competitive sales culture.

You’ll be:

  • Hunting and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Crafting the GTM engine and competitive positioning
  • Building a pipeline from zero using outbound, ABM, partnerships, etc.
  • Hiring and leading a team of exceptional fintech sales talent
  • Working directly with Product to stay ahead of legacy providers

You’ve:

  • Closed large, complex fintech or SaaS deals end-to-end
  • Built and scaled a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Operated in the middle ground between strategy and hustle
  • Developed a network of merchants dissatisfied with their current acquirer's UX
