You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

As a commercial leader, you’ll drive strategic sales efforts, helping more frontline workers access financial stability while shaping the future of how people get paid.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving client acquisition and expanding market share.
  • Set and execute sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Wagestream’s mission and business goals.
  • Monitor performance, provide insights, and refine approaches based on market trends.
  • Implement effective tracking/reporting for sales effectiveness and partner reporting.

  • SaaS Enterprise Sales Expertise – Proven success in B2B SaaS sales & solution selling.
  • Experience with Longer Sales Cycles – Comfortable navigating 6+ month deal cycles.
  • Leadership & Team Building – Strong background in developing, mentoring, and scaling sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking & Board-Level Influence – Ability to shape sales strategy and engage senior decision-makers.
  • Strong Network – Established FTSE 350 contacts and relationships.
  • Results-Driven – Demonstrated ability to overcome sales hurdles and exceed targets.

Can-be-learnt:

- We'll teach you all about our financial wellbeing products and services.

- Internal lingo and tech stacks - they all differ by company and we don't need you to have used ours - just be ready to learn!

Working Policy: Three office days per week.
